What's the difference between the two options?
"I need a website" packages include building, hosting, and maintaining your website, with Google and social media marketing added in the higher tiers. "I already have a website" packages are marketing only. We work with the website you have, and hosting, redesigns, and development aren't included.
Is the "Get Started For" amount the full price?
No. It's the 50% setup deposit, and it's part of the total setup fee, not an additional charge. Each package shows the total setup fee, the remaining balance, and the monthly management price.
When do I pay, and how?
After you accept your written proposal, you pay the 50% deposit and we begin development. You pay the remaining balance after you approve your preview and before launch. Each of these is sent to you as a PayPal invoice. Monthly management starts at launch through a PayPal subscription you authorize separately. Marketing-only packages work the same way: the setup fee is invoiced, then the monthly subscription begins. There's no online checkout, and nothing is billed without your approval.
How do revisions work?
Website packages include 1, 2, or 3 preview revision rounds, depending on the package. Marketing packages include 1 or 2 revision rounds per content draft. Additional revisions or out-of-scope requests are quoted separately before any extra work.
What counts as a "minor website content update"?
A small change to an existing page, like updating text, replacing an image, or changing your hours or contact details. New pages, full redesigns, and custom development aren't minor updates and are quoted separately.
Who owns my website?
Under our proposed policy, you own your completed website once the full setup fee is paid, along with your domain and business-specific content, subject to third-party licenses and our license for reusable templates. Our internal tools and automation systems stay ours. Final ownership terms are set out in your written agreement.
Can I cancel?
Under our proposed terms, website management is month-to-month after launch and marketing services are month-to-month after onboarding, with 30 days' written notice to cancel. There's no 12-month commitment. If you cancel website management, you can request an export of your website files.
Is the deposit refundable?
Under our proposed policy, the deposit becomes nonrefundable once development begins, subject to your signed agreement and applicable law. If we can't deliver the agreed scope, your written agreement sets out the remedies.
Do marketing-only packages include changes to my website?
No. Marketing-only packages cover your Google Business Profile, listings, reviews, social media, and SEO content drafts. Publishing SEO content to your site is included only when your website supports it, you've authorized it, and it's within scope. Website hosting, redesigns, development, and ad budgets aren't included.
Do you guarantee rankings or results?
No. Nobody can honestly promise specific rankings, leads, bookings, sales, or revenue. We deliver the defined work consistently and report on it transparently.
Is the review really free?
Yes. There's no cost and no obligation. We'll review your online presence and share practical recommendations, whether or not you choose a package.
